McKesson Absorbent Gelling Fiber Ribbon Wound Dressing

FSA/HSA Eligible

The McKesson Absorbent Gelling Fiber Ribbon Wound Dressing is a ribbon constructed of a sterile, non-woven material composed of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and a high G (guluronic acid) calcium alginate. This ribbon wound dressing is highly absorbent for moderately to highly exuding wounds and the high gelling action helps heal wounds faster by creating the optimal environment for wound management. When coming into contact with the wound, the soft and conformable sheet becomes a clear cohesive gel that helps maintain moisture for the healing process. The McKesson Absorbent Gelling Fiber Ribbon Wound Dressing has a unique quilted pattern that aids in absorbency and works excellent with a variety of ulcers, post-operative surgical wounds, and superficial and partial thickness burns. This ribbon wound dressing is sterile and latex-free.
