Products are customarily shipped via UPS. Delivery time is typically 3-6 business days from the time of order. Items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to save time and cost. When orders are for multiple items, you may receive multiple packages.

Orders are delivered to physical addresses only. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Check information carefully to avoid unforeseen delivery delays. If you need to ship to a Post Office box, please call for shipping prices through USPS.
You may arrange to ship your order to another address, such as a care home, parent's home, etc. if you are purchasing for someone else.
Note to Care Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, etc: You can establish accounts to bill individual families directly. Call us for details.

Return for Exchange
On receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size, color and style are what you ordered. If we have made an error, we will correct our error as quickly and efficiently as possible at no additional charge.
Please note these simple guidelines:
1) All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of product.
2) Products being exchanged must be in new condition, and in original packaging. For health and sanitary safety, no open packages may be returned.
3) If Personallydelivered.com is in error on the original order that necessitated the exchange, we will pay shipping charges both ways (returning incorrect product and then shipping the correct product).
4) Call us, or e-mail us using the information listed below.
5) A restocking fee may apply and customer will pay for return shipping if it was their error or they changed their mind.
You must contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have RA numbers listed on the box.
