Free Shipping applies to most website orders over $40. Some restrictions apply.
Orders that fall below $40 after promotional savings are applied do not qualify for free shipping.

We ship to all U.S. states only. We do not ship or accept payment from foreign countries.
UPDATE: Due to high demands in shipping and delivery, the overnight option for shipping is not being offered at this time. We will update this information as it becomes available. Our inside sales division is also not able to assist with the overnight shipping process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
A few important things to note:
- Orders received Monday-Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
- Shipments usually take 3-5 business days to deliver for orders received before 12:00 pm EST Mon-Fri.
- Orders placed over holidays may experience shipping delays. We suggest calling us for an update during these times.
- If a product is on backorder, we will reach out within 24 hours. If this product becomes available within this time, it will be released, but the shipment will be delayed.

Delivery DetailsProducts are shipped by UPS or FedEx. All deliveries are pending product availability, approval, and weather conditions. When orders are for multiple items, you may receive multiple packages.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing shipping delays and are sometimes not able to meet our typical 3-5 day delivery timeframe. UPS and FedEx are both short on staff as they take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of their employees that are working hard to make deliveries.
Orders that have been processed for shipment are unable to be canceled or changed.
During our normal business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, please call us at (800) 777-1111 with any questions or concerns. Outside of our team's office hours, you can fill out a quick contact form on our website, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Orders are delivered to physical addresses only. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Check the information carefully to avoid unforeseen delays. If you need to ship to a post office box, please call for prices. You may arrange to ship your order to another address, such as a care home, parent's home, etc. if you are purchasing for someone else.
All information provided by customers is used solely for processing, confirmation, and shipping of orders. PersonallyDelivered.com does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease collected information, including email addresses. Any and all information collected is kept strictly confidential.
PersonallyDelivered.com accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, FSA, and HSA. Charges are placed on credit cards at the time orders are placed. We do not accept credit cards with foreign billing addresses.
Due to the potential contamination risks during the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the continued safety of our customers and colleagues, the following Return Policy has been temporarily put into place:
- All sales are final
- All returns are suspended
These temporary changes are effective and in place until further notice.
