Mepilex Self-Adherent Silicone Foam Wound Dressing

The Mepilex Self-Adherent Silicone Wound Dressing is an all-in-one foam dressing that helps maintain the optimal wound healing environment by keeping wounds moist as they effectively absorb and retain exudates. This wound dressing features a Safetac layer that seals the edges to prevent leaking and ensures the Mepilex dressing can be changed without damaging the surrounding skin. This Mepilex Dressing is also self-adherent, so no additional tape or bandages are needed to hold it securely in place. This silicone foam wound dressing can be kept in place for several days, depending on the wound type, because of its low potential to cause skin irritation and allergies.
