Sion Biotext Barrier Wipes by Convatec replace the AllKare Barrier Wipes and help protect the skin from irritations that adhesives can cause. These barrier wipes leave a thin breathable film on the skin that helps reduce friction caused by adhesives. The film dries within seconds without leaving any residue on the skin, making it ready for the next skin barrier or dressing application. The barrier coating that the Sion Biotext Barrier Wipes leaves on the skin does not need to be removed when changing skin barriers, bandages, or dressings. The active ingredients in these barrier wipes include Isopropyl Alcohol, Water, SD Ethanol -40, Vinyl Caprolactam/VP/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer. These are non-sterile, alcohol-based, individually wrapped barrier wipes.
