3M Cavilon Skin Protectant Applicator creates a thin barrier on the skin that is also durable and protects the skin from dermatitis related to incontinence. Bodily fluids and liquid stool are unable to reach the skin's surface when using 3M Cavilon Skin Protectant. The barrier is transparent for easy monitoring of the skin and can be worn for up to seven days. This skin barrier is also flexible, so it stretches with normal body movements. The single-use applicator makes applying fast and easy. The active ingredients of 3M Cavilon Skin Protectant are Hexamethyldisiloxane, Acrylic Tetrapolymer, and 2-Octyl Cyanoacrylate with a strength of 80-90%. Each 3M Cavilon Skin Protectant Applicator contains 2.7 mL of skin protectant and is in its own single-use individual packet.
